Logs not uploading? Please check the tips below:<\/h2>\n

  1. Only GPS are updating?<\/strong>
    \nIt means the phone is in standby mode (screen is off), in this mode, only GPS will be uploaded. Wait\u00a0for the phone to be unlocked to upload the logs.<\/li>\n
  2. No Chat Logs or Chat Logs are incomplete?<\/strong>
    \nFor non-rooted phones, make sure you have followed the\u00a0wizard<\/strong>\u00a0and enabled\u00a0Notification access<\/strong> for Safespy and message preview in the Chat Apps. Without root, the senders of some messages will be displayed as “unknown<\/strong>” because they can’t be recorded. Also, the received messages which are not displayed in the notification area cannot be logged.<\/li>\n
  3. No Keystrokes?<\/strong>
    \nMake sure you have followed the\u00a0wizard<\/strong> and enabled Safespy in Accessibility\u00a0Service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. No Passwords logged?<\/strong>
    \nMost of the Passwords can’t be logged with the default keylogger driver. You may try to switch to the custom keyboard driver in Safespy Settings – Logging – Configure Keylogger driver to log passwords by changing to the custom keyboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All\u00a0logs stopped uploading?<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Read the installation guide again to make sure you have configured it correctly.<\/li>\n
    2. Make sure your license is valid.<\/strong>\u00a0If you have just renewed an expired license, wait several hours for the phone to be re-connected.<\/li>\n
    3. Make sure you have turned off Google Play Protect.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Open Safespy on the phone by dialing **001**<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n
    5. If all the above methods still don’t work, we suggest you uninstall Safespy and install it again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Turn OFF Google Play Protect<\/h2>\n

      Google Play\u00a0Protect is on by default, please\u00a0Turn it OFF<\/strong>\u00a0or it may notify the user to remove the spy app.
      \nSkip this step If you don’t have\u00a0Google Play\u00a0Installed. (Eg: For China phones,\u00a0Google Play\u00a0is not installed) by default.<\/p>\n

      1. Open your\u00a0Android device’s Settings > Security >\u00a0Google Play\u00a0Protect<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Turn “Scan device for security threats<\/strong>” OFF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note: On some phones, this setting is located at\u00a0Google Play\u00a0Store app > Menu > Play Protect<\/strong><\/p>\n
