Why Is iCloud Locking<\/h2>\n

Apple uses iCloud locking as a security measure to protect users against fishy logins and company-wide breaches. For example, if a user changes their password too many times in a short period of time\u2013they will be locked out. Recently, with the threat of new hacks, many users who have used iCloud without a problem are locked out of their accounts for no apparent reason. Some have actually reported getting locked out two or three times in a row. While this is a method for Apple to protect its users and data, it can also be annoying and problematic for parents monitoring their child\u2019s device.<\/p>\n

What to Do if iCloud password is changed\/locked by Apple<\/h2>\n

Luckily, there\u2019s an easy way to get around this problem if it happens to you. Remember, you do need to have access to your child\u2019s phone in order to complete this fix.The easiest way is to change the password. (You can follow Apple\u2019s tool for ID recovery to reset the password\u00a0here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

After that, you can connect it again by simply\u00a0entering Apple ID and new password<\/b>\u00a0to appropriate fields in your account.<\/p>\n
