Essential Settings

These settings must be properly configured to keep Safespy working.

Battery Setting

1. Settings > Battery > Battery saver > Power-saving exceptions > APPS > System Service (1, 3, 4)
   Set to “ON”
2. Settings > Battery > Stamina mode & Ultra Stamina mode (1, 2)
   Set to “OFF”

Background App Setting

No special configuration found.
You may ignore this step.

Other Settings

No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect Safespy functions if changed by user.

Data Usage

1. Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage > Data saver (1, 2, 3)
   Set to“OFF”
2. Settings > Apps & notifications > App info – All apps > System Service > Data usage > App data usage > Background data & Unrestricted data access (1, 2, 3)
   Set to “ON”
3. Settings > Apps & notifications > App info – All apps > Special app access > Notification access > System Service (1, 2, 3)
   Set to “ON”

App Setting

Settings > Apps & notifications > App info – All apps > System Service > Permissions (1, 2, 3)
Set to “ON”
