Essential Settings
These settings must be properly configured to keep Safespy working.
Battery Settings
Settings > Battery > Battery optimization > All apps > System Service (1,2)
Set to “Don’t optimize“
Background App Setting
Settings > Advanced > Recent app management > Normal clear (1,2,3)
Set to “ON“
Other Settings
No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect Safespy functions if changed by user.
App Permissions
Settings > Applications > All apps – System Service > App info – Permissions (1,2,3)
Allow all permissions
Data Usage
Settings > Data Usage > 3-Dot Menu > Data usage control – Show system app > System Service(1,2,3,4)
Set to “Allow“
