Essential Settings

These Settings must be properly configured to keep Safespy working.

Battery Setting

Settings > Battery > Standby intelligent power saving (1,2,3)
Set to “OFF“
Settings > Battery > Battery saver (1,2,3)
Set to “OFF“
Settings > Battery > Heartbeat sync > System Service (1,2,3)
Set to “OFF“
Settings > Battery > Battery optimization > System Service > Not Optimize (1,2,3)
Set to “ON“

Background App Setting

Settings – Sleep cleanup (1,2)
Set to “OFF“
System Manager > Settings > Protected apps > System Service (1,2,3)
Set to “ON“
System Manager > Power manager (1,2,3)
Set to “Normal mode“

Other Settings

No need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect Safespy functions if changed by user.

Data Usage

Settings > Data Usage > Network control > Manage WLAN and mobile data use of apps > System Service
Set to “ON“

App Setting

Settings > Security > Rights Management > System Service
Set to “ON“
System Manager > App manager > Application Permissions > System Service
Set to “ON“
