Enable Snapchat Notifications on Android Phone

In order to monitor Snapchat messages on the non-rooted Android device. You should:

• Enable Notifications on Android
• Enable Snapchat In-App Notifications

Part 1: Enable Notifications on Android

To make it short, you can follow the 3 simple steps below

1. Go to your device settings.
2. Tap Applications > Application manager(Apps) > Snapchat > Notifications.
3. Turn on notifications from Snapchat.

1 Touch Apps on the Home screen

2 Touch Settings.

3 Touch Application manager OR Apps (this will be different depending on your operating system)

4. Scroll down and tap Snapchat. The list of apps is alphabetical, so Snapchat will be in the “S” section.

5 Tap Notifications. It’s in the middle of the page. This will open the Snapchat app notifications page.

6 Tap to turn on the grey “Allow Peeking”, signifying that your Android will display brief notifications when you receive an incoming snap.

Part 2: Enable Snapchat In-App Notifications

Step 1: Open Snapchat app in your android devices

Step 2: Tap on Profile icon at the top left side corner

Step 3: Tap on the Settings gear icon at the top right side corner

Here you’ll see several sections such as My account, Who Can, Advanced, Additional services and more.

Step 4: Tap on Notification settings under Advanced section

By default enable Snapchat notifications (Show below screenshot) in your android devices. You can see several Snapchat notification settings. Only Sound option is disabled.

Step 5: Enable ALL the above Snapchat notifications.
